1. Who the consent is given to
Smart Advertising Systems LLP, BIN 260640021998, address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana, Syganak street, building 47, floor 8, office 16, postal code 010000.
2. Separate choice
This consent is not a condition of registration, Profile Verification, a Subscription, or the use of ADVIN's core features. The checkbox is not pre-selected.
Channels are chosen separately:

3. Text of the consent
> I voluntarily permit Smart Advertising Systems LLP to use my name, email, chosen role, city, information about the categories I have selected, and my interactions with marketing communications in order to send me, through the channels I have selected, ADVIN news, Subscription offers, new features, promotions and surveys. The current technical recipients are listed in the Register of External Services in the edition recorded at the time of my choice. I may opt out at any time without deleting my Account.
4. Restrictions
4.1. This consent does not permit the transfer of third-party advertising, the sale of the contact database, or the use of verification documents, chats and files for advertising.
4.2. Personalised advertising based on profiling is enabled only after separate clear disclosure of the logic and, where required, an additional choice.
4.3. Service messages concerning security, the Account, Orders, Responses, the Subscription and documents are not marketing communications and are managed separately.
5. Term and withdrawal
5.1. The consent remains valid until it is withdrawn or the relevant contact detail is deleted.
5.2. Opt-out is available via the link in the email, in the push settings, or through support@advin.kz. New marketing communications cease within a reasonable technical period, but evidence of consent and withdrawal is retained for the protection of rights.
5.3. The system records the full name, Account, selected channels, edition, date, time, IP/technical confirmation, and withdrawal.
