Edition of 31 August 2026
Effective date: 31 August 2026
1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy explains the use of cookies in the web version, as well as SDKs, local storage, push tokens and similar identifiers in the ADVIN mobile application.
1.2. The operator is Smart Advertising Systems LLP, BIN 260640021998. Terms are used with the meanings given in the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
1.3. Current external providers are listed in the Register of External Services. The editions of this Policy and of the Register are recorded together with the User's choice.
2. Categories of technologies
2.1. Strictly necessary
Used for sign-in, security, load balancing, saving the language setting, fraud prevention and performing an explicitly requested function. Without them, the relevant function may not work.
2.2. Functional
Remember optional settings and preferences that are not necessary for the core function.
2.3. Analytics and diagnostics
Help assess usage, errors and performance. Before connection, the specific service, events, retention period, state of processing and cross-border transfer are entered into the Register.
2.4. Advertising and profiling
May be used for personalised advertising or campaign measurement. They are not used in the MVP unless this is expressly reflected in the interface and the required separate consent has been obtained.
3. Current MVP mode
3.1. Until analytics and advertising are actually connected, ADVIN uses only strictly necessary technologies and minimal technical logs.
3.2. A planned technology is not deemed installed and must not collect data.
3.3. Mobile push tokens are used only after permission from the operating system. Declining push does not prevent sign-in but may limit instant notifications.
4. Consent and control
4.1. Optional categories are switched off until the User makes an explicit choice, where the law requires consent.
4.2. The banner must not use pre-selected checkboxes, misleading colours, or an opt-out that is more difficult than opting in.
4.3. The User may change their choice in the privacy settings. Withdrawal stops new optional processing but does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing.
4.4. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may result in being signed out of the Account or in a function becoming unavailable.
5. What information may be processed
- session and Account identifier;
- IP address and the approximate region determined from it;
- device, browser, OS, application version and language;
- time, screen, technical event and referral source;
- consent and its edition;
- push token;
- diagnostic error code.
The contents of identity documents, private chats and uploaded files must not enter analytics or diagnostics.
6. Retention periods
| Category | Default period |
|---|---|
| Session cookies | Until the end of the session |
| Security and proof of consent | Up to 12 months or the period necessary for the protection of rights |
| Language and settings | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics | Not applicable until a choice is made and a service is actually connected; the period will be set before processing begins |
| Push token | Until permission is withdrawn, sign-out from the device, or the token becomes obsolete |
7. Third-party technologies
7.1. A third-party SDK is not connected until its network requests, data composition and default settings have been checked.
7.2. If a provider independently determines incompatible purposes, a separate legal assessment and notification of the User are required.
7.3. Links to Google, Apple, browser or operating system settings are provided once the actual services have been selected.
8. Updates and contact
8.1. A material addition of analytics, advertising or a new external SDK requires an update to this Policy and, where necessary, new consent.
8.2. Contact: privacy@advin.kz.
